For a decade, The Fields have been a canvas for human connection—a place where rocky sediment and dry sand have been transformed into a thriving ecosystem of forests, art, and communal ritual. As Wonderfruit evolves, so does our relationship with the land and each other, fueling a curiosity to overlap Mind, Nature, and Sound in new ways.

At Wonderfruit, we see food and drink not merely as sustenance, but as a medium for storytelling and an innovative tool for reshaping our perspectives.

For the first time, we are formally opening applications for our Chef’s Table series. We are looking for culinary teams to host dining experiences that exist at the intersection of local ingenuity and contemporary expression and who can manifest our ethos through a seat at the table by:

- Creating from the Ground Up: Cultivating menus that honor natural cycles and rhythms, respecting the land that nourishes us.

- Learning to be Resourceful: Working with local craftspeople and materials, and finding ways to extend the life of everything we use in the kitchen and on the table.

- Connecting Ancient Wisdom: Drawing inspiration from traditional knowledge and indigenous cultures to create celebrative feasts that inspire the soul.

We invite you to look beyond ingredients as raw materials and instead treat them as a connection to our society, environment, and history. Share your vision with us, and let’s create a curious cultural expression that nourishes the spirit of the Fields.
