F&B Vendor Application

We are absolutely thrilled that you’re considering joining us in The Fields! Wonderfruit is a vibrant tapestry of music, art and discovery—and we believe the heart of that experience lies in the flavors we share. We’re looking for culinary partners who believe food and drink are more than just sustenance; they form a story of culture and provenance.

In The Fields, every plate is a dialog between the ingredients and the hand that prepared them. We seek recipes that honor their roots and creators who understand that a great meal is a shared moment of discovery. Your menu is your contribution to our collective atmosphere; let it be a reflection of your unique craft and a celebration of the spirit that brings us all together.

Before you start filling out your application, please take a moment to look through our Vendor Guidelines. These will help you understand the flow of the festival and ensure we’re a perfect match for the journey ahead.

Vendor Guidelines

When: 3–7 December 2026 Where: The Fields at Siam Country Club. Chonburi, Thailand. The "Big Three" Rules:
- Strict No-Logo Policy: No brand logos on menus, uniforms, booths or food trucks. - 100% Cashless: All sales must go through the provided RFID POS system. No cash or QR transfers. - No Plastic: No single use plastic (including bio-plastics). No single-use cups of any kind. Costs & Logistics:
- Fees: 20k–40k THB rental + 20%–30% commission (based on location). - Booth Kit: You get a 3.6x2.4m covered space, 16AMP power, 300L ice box and POS device. - Accreditations: 4 staff passes and 2 parking passes are included, more can be purchased at an additional cost. - Opening Hours: Mandatory minimum 12 hours of operation per day. Prohibited Items:
- Beverages: Alcohol, fresh coconuts or any drinks sold at official Wonderfruit bars. - Substances: Cannabis, kratom and narcotics are strictly forbidden. Sustainability & Waste:
- Waste Sorting: You must use the 4 provided bins (Food, Recyclables, Non-recyclables, Containers). - Food Containers: Use only paper, wood or leaf-based compostable food containers. - Water/Ice: Must be purchased exclusively from Wonderfruit. Other Information:
- Sharing: One vendor per booth; no "subletting" or sharing space. - Food Trucks: Food trucks are allowed but must meet specific size requirements. Key Dates & Contact:
