1. Agreement Requirement
All motorbike and mountain bike operators/riders must sign this agreement to acknowledge the rules and regulations.
ผู้ขับขี่รถมอเตอร์ไซค์และจักรยานทุกคนต้องลงนามรับรองว่าได้อ่านและยอมรับกฎและข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดนี้
2. Assigned Vehicle Use Only
Operators are responsible for using only their assigned motorbike or mountain bike. Using another operator’s vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of 100 USD (3,500 THB).ผู้ขับขี่ต้องใช้เฉพาะยานพาหนะที่ได้รับมอบหมายเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้รถของผู้อื่นโดยเด็ดขาด ฝ่าฝืนปรับ 100 USD (3,500 บาท)
3. Vehicle Identification
Each vehicle will be clearly marked with a unique identifier (number or code) assigned to its operator.
รถทุกคันจะมีหมายเลขหรือรหัสเฉพาะที่ตรงกับรายชื่อผู้ขับขี่
4. No Driving Under the Influence
Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will face an immediate 12-hour suspension and will be escorted out of the Fields.ห้ามขับรถขณะมึนเมาหรืออยู่ภายใต้สารเสพติดอย่างเด็ดขาด หากพบจะถูกระงับสิทธิ์ทันที 12 ชั่วโมง และถูกพาออกจากพื้นที่งาน
5. Speed Limit
Drive at a safe speed of 15 km/h to ensure safety and minimize dust.
ให้ขับขี่ด้วยความเร็วไม่เกิน 15 กม./ชม. เพื่อความปลอดภัยและลดการฟุ้งกระจายของฝุ่น
ห้ามโดยสารเกินจำนวนคนที่กำหนด
7. Authorized Personnel Only
Only authorized staff may ride motorbikes or mountain bikes. Do not give rides to attendees except in emergencies.
อนุญาตให้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เท่านั้น ห้ามรับส่งผู้ร่วมงาน ยกเว้นเหตุฉุกเฉิน
8. Stay on Designated Paths
Vehicles must remain on designated paths. Reckless driving (sharp turns, sudden braking, fast acceleration) is prohibited.
ต้องขับบนเส้นทางที่กำหนดเท่านั้น ห้ามขับขี่หวาดเสียวหรือขับผิดเส้นทาง
9. Maintain Safe Distance
Keep a safe distance—2 meters in the Fields, 1 meter in parking areas.
รักษาระยะห่างอย่างน้อย 2 เมตรในพื้นที่งาน และ 1 เมตรในพื้นที่จอดรถ
Park only in designated areas. Do not leave motorbikes with keys in the ignition. Do not leave bicycles unlocked.

12. Communication Requirement
Ensure you have a reliable communication channel with organizers or control centers.
ต้องมีช่องทางการสื่อสารที่พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
Know emergency procedures, Medic locations, and exits.
ต้องทราบขั้นตอนฉุกเฉินและตำแหน่งจุดปฐมพยาบาล/ทางออก
14. Environmental Awareness
Avoid damaging festival grounds or natural habitats.
ห้ามทำลายพื้นที่งานหรือธรรมชาติรอบ ๆ
15. Pedestrian Right of Way
Always yield to pedestrians and drive cautiously in crowded areas.
ให้สิทธิ์ผู้เดินเท้าตลอดเวลา และขับอย่างระมัดระวังในพื้นที่แออัด
16. Adverse Weather Driving
In rain or strong wind, reduce speed to 10 km/h.
หากมีฝนหรือลมแรงให้ลดความเร็วเหลือ 10 กม./ชม.
17. Hospitality & Attitude
Be friendly, assist attendees, and provide helpful information.
ให้บริการด้วยความสุภาพและช่วยเหลือผู้ร่วมงานเท่าที่จำเป็น
Report all accidents, near-misses, or issues immediately.
รายงานอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุการณ์เสี่ยงทันที
19. Fuel & Battery Reserve
Keep a reserve. A fine of 100 USD (3,500 THB) applies if your vehicle runs out of fuel or battery.
สำรองน้ำมันหรือแบตเตอรี่ไว้เสมอ หากรถหมดกลางสนามปรับ 100 USD (3,500 บาท)
20. No Unauthorized Repairs
Only authorized technicians may perform repairs.
อนุญาตเฉพาะช่างที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุง
21. Responsibility for Damages
Operators are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their team (contractors, collaborators, subcontractors).
ผู้ขับขี่ต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น ไม่ว่าจากตัวเองหรือผู้ร่วมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
22. License Requirement for Road Use
Motorbikes may only be used inside the Fields unless the operator holds a valid Thai Motorcycle License (not replaceable by international or car license).
ห้ามนำรถออกนอกพื้นที่งาน ยกเว้นมีใบขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ไทยที่ถูกต้อง
23. Lost/Stolen Keys or Cards
Report lost or stolen keys/cards immediately to the transportation management team. Replacement vehicles may be assigned if required.
หากทำกุญแจหรือบัตรหาย ต้องแจ้งทีมขนส่งทันที และจะมีการพิจารณาเปลี่ยนรถให้ตามความจำเป็น
I will return the scooter in good condition, along with the key and any related items, at the Scooter Service Area next to the Golf Cart Charging Station at the Production Camp on my final working day. I understand that failure to do so will result in a 5,000 THB fine, which will be deducted from my or my company’s final payment. I also understand that failure to comply may impact my eligibility for future vehicle requests.
ข้าพเจ้าจะคืนสกู๊ตเตอร์ในสภาพเรียบร้อย พร้อมกุญแจและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ จุดบริการสกู๊ตเตอร์ ข้างสถานีชาร์จรถกอล์ฟ ในพื้นที่ Production Camp ในวันทำงานสุดท้ายของข้าพเจ้า หากไม่คืนหรือคืนไม่ครบถ้วน จะมีค่าปรับจำนวน 5,000 บาท หักจากยอดชำระของข้าพเจ้าหรือบริษัทของข้าพเจ้า และการไม่ปฏิบัติตามอาจส่งผลต่อการพิจารณาการขอยานพาหนะในปีถัดไปด้วย
I accept and agree to comply with all rules and regulations stated above. I understand that any violation may result in fines, a ban from operating vehicles, or impact future approvals for related requests.
ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับและตกลงปฏิบัติตามกฎและข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น และเข้าใจว่าการฝ่าฝืนอาจส่งผลให้ถูกปรับ ถูกระงับสิทธิ์การใช้งานยานพาหนะ หรือมีผลต่อการพิจารณาคำขอที่เกี่ยวข้องในอนาคต
